On a recent flight I watched Nobody 2.  I was quite satisfied with that movie and of course wondered why no Scooper mentioned Nobody 1?  Anyway, I certainly never imagined Odenkirk as someone who could pull off giving guys passports to darkness, but then again I can't say I thought Neeson had these skills as well.  So, who among our not to be trifled with actors, are the best in their roles and could possibly do some damage to scumbags?

Denzel?
Statham?
Bronson?

BTW, Sharon Stone was excellent in Nobody 2.

Thus says the Lord of hosts: Render true judgments, show kindness and mercy to one another; do not oppress the widow, the orphan, the alien, or the poor; and do not devise evil in your hearts against one another.

I don't have vigilante fantasies.  It is my perception that is not what Jesus wants of me.

Now's not the time for frivolity and joy. We are all shocked by the passing of Charlie Kirk and — as I just learned — Joe Lieberman

I've always been a fan of Connie Nielsen even though she's too tall.  If they stretch that Nobody franchise I think she could carry it without Odenkirk.

Jesus would kick ass as an action hero

Can you imagine? Loving his neighbor and forgiving those who trespass against him?

There's no reason to impart religion here.

Only to subject them to internal damnation. Talk about a plot twist.

Tell me internal damnation was intentional.  Oh, I could have fun with that phrase.

Completely unintentional. Internal damnation is what I have watching Marquette basketball in March.

I'd like to see Jesus go Death Wish right through Chicago, tbh

They're just actors.

I wrote a screenplay while at Marquette centered on the idea of Jesus coming back. Used the New Testament as a model, so he mostly hung out with prostitutes, drug addicts, and the homeless. Can't say he did a lot of vigilante violence, though. Would be pretty anti-Christlike.
