Why do you ask?  Are you anticipating mass departures?  Do you thing there is an unsigned PG who can have an immediate impact?

Or, MU's presence in the sweet 16 without going to the portal is doing the recruiting for him.

Yep, just being in the Sweet Sixteen is good for recruiting.  Being in the Elite Eight and the Final Four is even better for recruiting.
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.
