The anti-manatee narrative here is totally inexcusable.  And indefensible as well.  Tremendous, tremendous, species with hearts of gold.  If they were vindictive they would submerge humans on a regular basis and attack kayakers and boats.  Instead, they are kind and gentle with us.  All marine mammals should be respected.  This cannot be overstated.

I think my favorite side benefit to Scoop is being treated biweekly to another round of "What obscure item will put a swarm of bees in Muggsy's bonnet".  Heinz Ketchup commercials had the same odds of winning as Leicester City taking the EPL in 2016
