They're gonna storm the court when they upset Marquette tonight. Since the few remaining DP fans are probably about my age, I think it would be kind of Marquette to allow them to drive onto the court in their SUVs.

TSmith is a big DP fan

Or what?

The old DP fans get to drive their SUVs on our court after the game in celebration. Actually, they could probably all fit easily into one vehicle.

Literally my least favorite game of the season. Winning this game does nothing for the resume, winning by only a certain amount hurts our net, losing kills our resume. Game is usually an unentertaining as it comes.

On our way up from Chicago.
Escaping one apocalyptic hellscape only to voluntarily enter another equally violent inner city dystopian wasteland?

I predict the Blue Demons ride home will be a bit flat.

I'm thinking the crowd will be flat tonight. Should also be the smallest number listed since St. Thomas as this game wasn't part of the miniplan.

Agreed, Ticketmaster usually gives you a good gauge on what the crowd will be like and tonight's tickets are about 4-5x less than the average home BE game this year. With the current state of the program, the opponent is less of a factor on crowd size but DePaul is so horrible to the point where it will affect it. I'm looking forward to the game though and excited to see the team back in action.

What do you want on your tombstone?

Sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, pineapple.

Sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, pineapple.

Well played. Gross, but well played.

Fair.   I cannot recall seeing pineapple on a frozen Tombstone pizza.   Tombstone has enough problems with peppers and onions.

Right now seats in the student section are covered with the We Ate Marquette signs  at the top of the lower bowl at both ends.
Hardly anyone in the upper bowl.

Figures a Diet Pepsi drinker would like pineapple (and mushrooms) on his za.

Turns out the $4 pre-game beer wasn't Hamm's...it was Busch Light.  Still saw long lines at 7:50, but that's not a beer I want.
