Free non conference tickets

Does anyone know how to get the free tickets for season ticket holders?   I called the ticket office and they said an email with a link was sent.  I don't see one.   They weren't helpful beyond that.

You get to pick your free tickets during your time based upon your PP rank:

Wednesday, October 25 - 10:00 a.m. - Priority Point Rank 1-250
Wednesday, October 25 - 2:00 p.m. - Priority Point Rank 251-500
Thursday, October 26 - 10:00 a.m. - Priority Point Rank 501-1,500
Thursday, October 26 - 2:00 p.m. - Priority Point Rank 1,501+

Go to your Marquette account, and you can look up how many priority points you have, and then you'll know what time you're eligible to get your tickets

Actually email just came through.  I think they hadn't sent it out.  You get a link and say what tickets you want.   They then assign them later I guess

Does anyone when the requested tickets are being made available?

I had requested 4 total.  2 to 2 different games.
I checked the ticket site last evening
The first game I requested (this Friday) shows an additional 2 tickets = all good
The second game I requested does not show the additional 2 tickets = not good
I have received no communications regarding when or how they have assigned these

Anyone have any idea?  I suspect I need to call.

No clue, but the process has been painful in my opinion

I called and cleared this up.  Here's the deal:

Tickets are assigned one week prior to the game.  Until then nothing will show on the ticket site.

This is why I can see the 2 tickets I requested for Friday, but not the second game which is later.

If you requested tickets to a game and it is 6 days or less until the game, time to call.

If you have heard nothing back, it's safe to assume you will be allocated tickets to the game(s) you requested... with a caveat: it sounds like Texas and maybe one other game may end up "over-requested"... in which case they will be reaching out to folks once they reach the saturation point.
