Marquette's next opponent and potentially the one after that played earlier this year, and the whole game is up on youtube to watch. I would be astounded if either of these teams beat Marquette. I know it was november and they both likely look better now, but still, woof. I don't think I've ever been so confident, after watching that.

This is just awful.  I've watched a fair amount of Sparty this year, and after watching a few minutes of this, I can say that I'm fairly confident that USC won't be our Round 2 matchup.

watching that whole game and knowing Iona blew vermont out by 20, turning them over like 18 times, lets me know they just don't have the personnel to hang with MU at all, and USC should be pretty ashamed that this game tape exists at all.

Played for Libertyville HS. Has really developed nicely at USC, but is fighting some back issues. If he's near 100%, absolutely the Trojans can beat Sparta.

Both my children were graduated from Libertyville High School. They have not had a viable HS basketball program since we came to Libertyville in 1994.

USC, sure, I bet they've looked better, but this was Vermont's best game against a high major opponent this year. St. Mary's blew them out and so did Iona. i have no fear of Vermont at all.

Both my children were graduated from Libertyville High School. They have not had a viable HS basketball program since we came to Libertyville in 1994.

They literally just made it to super sectionals this last year in 4A. They've been pretty solid the last 5-10 years.

And their girls program has one of the best players in the state.
