Secondary market for Thursday night is a expensive ticket.

Would've been a great call to get your 5'10" guard the ball with no time to do anything but catch and shoot, while needing a 3 pointer.
Come on, man. It doesn't matter to Ners that the team's assist leader made a perfect pass to set up one of the most successful last-second plays in Marquette history.

Also, take his word for it that Awesome Dawson was better than Andrew Rowsey, and that Tyler Kolek is better than Markus, AR or Dom were.

Like moths to a flame..two of the staunchest Projos still defending this dumb "play" design.   ::)

And 82, yes, Tyler Kolek is a better PG than than shoot first, first, and first "Point Guards" Markus Howard and Andrew Rowsey.  It's cool though, that NIT run was fun as were the two 30 point blowouts in the NCAA with their elite "point guard" play.

P.S. - That "incredible" inbound pass by Markus? The degree of difficulty was such that a middle school basketball player could make the same pass 9 out of 10 times.

I'll take the 6'7" shooter trying to catch and shoot when you need a 3 pointer and have no time to put the ball on the ground over the 5'10" shooter in the same situation.  I know you once were an All North Woods Conference member who dunked in high school and nobody else here played basketball before in their life, but even someone with just basic common sense would understand this.

We just make too many little mistakes that add up over the course of a game to think that we can win 3 games against teams that know us so well.
I would think we have a better chance at the tourney…..would love that 7 seed though.

Naturally, the obsessed Ners turns yet another thread that has nothing to do with past MU coaches into “Wojo sucks.”

I can prove the play in question worked perfectly. You, on the other hand, will never be able to prove “anybody could have done it.” No wonder it drives you crazy - you’re perpetually wrong!

But hey, you thinking that any college coach would take Tyler Kolek over Markus Howard does help explain why you thought Dawson was better than Rowsey.
