Technically our attendance rose by a lot.
Yeah, wasn't it 0 during a point of Woj's tenure
Goal is National Championship
CBP profile my people who landed here over 100 yrs before Mayflower. Most I've had to deal with are ignorant & low IQ.
Can't believe we're living in the land of F 452/1984/Animal Farm/Brave New World/Handmaid's Tale. When travel to Mars begins, expect Starship Troopers

Vero Beach is for old sick Cardinals fans

They're drawn by the Old Country Buffet. Hard to pass up the early "dining" special.

So true! And then they try denying and say they've never heard of such buffet.

I went downtown ONCE this year and had to immediately leave.  There was a sign flashing the word VIOLENCE and I could see the young people around looked like ANTIFA so I grabbed my coat and left the Fiserv.

Then I got reversed car jacked — some thug with the word Valet on his coat brought me my car but he demanded ransom for it. I gave him a $5 and he smiled at me strangely and said Thank you but I could have sworn he said he was demanding I apologize for my white privilege.  You call that the Wisconsin Club? More like the California Club.

It gets in your veins and you never want to  leave.

Strongly recommended by at least one "leader" as a Covid preventative.

If they win games people will be there. That simple.

The beginning of the year was solid with new life because of Shaka.

Attendance hit a lull when students went home for break and has been fairly decent since they returned.

If they win people will be there.  If they continue to slip late in seasons you'll see it affect attendance.

Saturday being National Marquette Day will help inflate the numbers a little bit!
VIOLENCE!

We know the Nova numbers are skewed by them playing so many games at Finneran this season. Perhaps similar is true for SH and St.J?

Frankly, I don't consider a 13% decline -- coming a year after both Covid and a 13-win season -- to be either surprising or all that bad.

DePaul's numbers aren't that bad.  A 41% decline is probably only like 500 per game.  No big deal.

DePaul hasn't hosted Marquette yet.  That game will put them right back to where everyone else is with the added 3000 MU fans.

Georgetown's -30% still has a game this Thursday night hosting DePaul.

That figures to be a real barn-burner!

I agree. Villanova played only three games at Well Fargo Center. Seton Hall & Georgetown had to move re-scheduled games to campus which messes with the average.

There seemed to a be a lot of games played over the semester break, and semester break was extended beyond the Xavier game.  That's 6 BE games out of 10!  I wouldn't read too much in to it beyond quirky scheduling. The energy for the last few home games has been great and very enjoyable.

Looking forward to the thread in February, 2023: "Why has MU's attendance increased so drastically?"
