I don't find it surprising at all.  Brand new coaching staff, brand new team with a lot of players with overlapping skill.   It means, for better or for worse, no one has really separated themselves yet.

Look for a very unsettled rotation for a while.   Which wraps back into the shot distribution discussion.

This too was interesting. Coaches made a big stink about not knowing how minutes will be doled out.  If you take this at face value, players are still being evaluated.  One might think the coaches would have a handle on each player is by now. 

Shaka impresses as someone who has his poop in a group, and knows exactly how minutes will be given out, and that this was just hyperbole, knowing that theses comments would find their way back to the locker room by about 1:45.

100% agree, but we both know that fostering competition among the players is best.  You want them all hungry for PT.

There ar players who play well in practice, but do not play as well in games. Until actual games have been played all newcomers are unknown to how they will play in games.
