You know why Hawaii has strict laws right? They have zero ability to expand capacity. They can't medflight patients anywhere. I've seen patients from Illinois, Iowa and 3+ hours away in Wisconsin. Hawaii can't do any of it.

I'm just gonna throw this in there (because I can), he just could have provided a negative covid test from Walgreens, and they wouldn't have asked for his forged vaccination card. A series of bad choices made here.
