Steve,  we all know you are upset.  Thinking you were doing a great job and then learning, quite abruptly, that your bosses thought differently must have been a jarring experience.

Do not worry, you will get through this.  There is an old saying that "growth" and "adversity" go hand in hand.  You will learn and, no doubt, grow from your time at Marquette.

I know I speak for all then I say "thank you" for your efforts.  We wish you luck in the future and hope that someday soon, you will have another vocational opportunity that will allow you to focus on something other that the MU basketball boards.
