According to kenpom a Marquette player ranks in the top 100 (barely) in 4 of the 18 stats he tracks to evaluate players.

Theo John owns 3 of those 4 distinctions. True Shooting % (85th), Block % (99th), and Free Throw Rate (74th)

Greg Elliot shooting an outstanding 45.9% from 3 on 61 attempts clocks in at 34th in the nation.

I found it interesting.  It's reflective of not having 1 go-to guy and suggests that while on paper our team has some real talent, the lack of specialized skills valued by advanced metrics might be what held them back.  Thoughts?

This team would be good, if everyone played well at the same time. Most of the players cannot play well two games in a row.
