Isn't this just the old 'huddle' argument?  "because he isn't acting a specific prescribed way I want to see it means he isn't doing it! There's only ONE way to work the refs and everybody knows it"

Fact is, there are a number of ways to work the refs and I don't think there is any proof that refs egregiously call fouls in favor of the other team so what he is doing may be working.............or not, or refs don't get influenced by screaming, or 100 other things.

It's just ridiculous to nitpick on every little thing. I would have no problem if he gets fired. I think we could do better. But I agree with nagini. Such a silly criticism.

You think it's a nitpick. I don't.  Nor do many of the games most successful coaches because it's widely practiced among them
