She said this 5 days ago and it still hasn't happened. The quote was also something along the lines of "people around the league are expecting it to happen."

Just yesterday he tweeted that he's headed back to Milwaukee. If he announced his intentions to sign the fact that he's been in Greece and is just now getting back to Milwaukee that would certainly explain the delay and a signing could be imminent.
