Came here to make the same comment when I saw the title. 

Always enjoyed how it had all the players names recorded in for commentary.  You just had to set the name to the player number.

The politician is from North Carolina where it happens that two of the most prominent basketball programs in history are located.  Also where players would get the most money and further swing power toward them and away from the rest of the country.  Imbalance.

Judge Wilken was right then and right today.   If they want to monetize their rights here, no scholarships.  Pick one or the other.
