Food poisoning is more common than the stomach flu according to this and several other articles from google search:  https://www.medicinenet.com/stomach_flu_vs_food_poisoning/article.htm#what_is_the_difference_between_the_stomach_flu_vs_food_poisoning.  I am not sure where you are coming up with the 98% figure, but as WarriorChick said, it is the opposite of what you are saying. 48 million people a year suffer from food poisoning.

Estimates of gastroenteritis in the US are over 300 million cases each year.

For the 48 million incidences of food poisoning, noroviruses (which are responsible for about half of them), are not really food Bourne illnesses, rather poor hygiene practices by infected people, who handle food or food surfaces (e.g. they have diarrhea and are not washing their hands when they prep your food).

The 98% figure is not accurate, but it is also inaccurate to say that "stomach flu" is more often from food poisoning.  Part of the medical reports that claim that are because people that have food poisoning often go to emergency rooms.  People with a "24-hour" stomach bug do not even go to the doctor, so reporting skews results in some studies.

I was really encouraged by yesterday's game. I'm not sure we've won a game in similar fashion under Wojo. Tough gritty defense. Scoring inside and out. Getting contributions from several guys in a variety of ways. I really enjoyed that game

Scoring inside was great yesterday. I think it's great to see that we are able to more balanced in our offense and not have to rely exclusively on hitting outside shots. Kudos to Wojo for  this gameplan. Yesterday was probably the best coaching performance we've seen from him. We looked prepared for KSU from the start, and we were able to win doing things a little differently. That's a great sign for the rest of the year.

Food poisoning? If Howard can score 45, let's keep him on that diet!

Clearly the extra calories were what was holding him back
