It was a sad day last month in Cincinnati when an African American killed a bunch of people at 5/3rd bank, but nothing said here. 

The Cincinnati shooter wasn't African-American ... though it's curious his race is important to you. Why is that? And why didn't you bring it up if you found it so troubling?
The Rite Aid shooting was an unfortunately all-too-common instance of workplace violence committed by someone with easy access to a gun. Why didn't you bring bbn it up if you found it so troubling?

Of course, you didn't bring either up because you don't care at all about those people and almost certainly hadn't heard of either until you went searching for other mass shootings a few minutes before your insipid post. I'm sure you thought you were making  a clever point.  Rest assured, you were not.

When the GOP Congressmen were shot and nearly killed, was that enabled at the top since it was a Bernie Sanders supporter who only two weeks earlier said millions would die because of GOP policies? 

Dopey false equivalency argument which the right wing resorted to when their false flag nonsense fell apart. Difference is Sanders has never incited or called for violence whereas Trump consistently calls reporters "enemies of the people" and has a history of making provocative statements during rallies.
At a recent rally, Trump referenced Rep. Greg Gianforte's 2017 attack on a reporter and said: "Any guy who can do a body slam, he is my type!"
