MU jumps two spots

Buoyed by a 2-0 week, the Marquette Golden Eagles moved up two spots to No. 13 in the Associated Press' media poll, which was released Monday afternoon.
Losses by Vanderbilt and Texas, both ranked ahead of MU (13-2, 3-1 Big East) last week, also helped pave the way for the Golden Eagles, who face a tough two-game road swing this week at Louisville on Thursday and at Connecticut on Sunday.
