Kenpom: ranked 49th but 16-12 projected record in known games

How good does kenpom think the Big East is? He ranks the conference the second best, and despite projecting Marquette as the 49th best team appears to project a 16-12 record with Nova finishing no.1. I can't tell if he is actually basing this off last year and just running the new games or how he did it.

He only has 28 games because he doesn't give projections for opponents yet to be determined in Hawaii or the big east etc. But fun stuff getting ready for tonight.
