If you are into fishing, Chili is right. There are lots of really good guides who can get you where you want to be. Personally, I'd recommend Captain Hiram's in Sebastian. Also good if you want to rent a boat on the Indian River -- which is a hoot and easy to navigate.

Tarpon should be pretty accessible right now.
