Luis Arias (17-0) will be fighting on the undercard of Andre Ward vs Serge Kovalev June 17th. He was a student for three years before he went pro.

I used to spar this guy and was out of the same gym, he's damn good and loves MU (once put the logo on his boxing trunks) you all should definitely tune in and help him get his name out there!

Here's a pic of shorts he's worn in the ring

Undercard ....brings up an odd memory of my first undercard.

The first boxing match I saw in person was in fall 1977 at Palacio de Deportes in Madrid. Alfredo Evangelista was on the main card fighting for the EBU Heavyweight title ( coming off a May 77 decision loss to Muhammad Ali)

Undercard...the Undercard was the Spanish middleweight title fight. Fourth round ....one fighter (age 23) took a square one , stiffened like a board and keeled over. KO.

We watched as mili medics stretchered him away to hospital....

and the next day headlines were he was dead...

So....first ever fight I saw in person and the kid was killed....it forever soured my enthusiasm for the sweet science
I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.
