Sindarius Thornwell is an NBA player. Already has the build, has lots of offensive skills that can get even better, he can really rebound, and he's a tenacious defender. There's some Kawhi Leonard there.

I know he's had some off-the-court issues, and those might be concerning to an NBA team, but if he can demonstrate that he has cleaned up his act, I see no reason why he can't play well at the next level.

I've seen several mock drafts that don't include him, but if there really are 30 better prospects I'll be shocked. As a casual Hornets fan, I'd love to see them take him in the 2nd round if he somehow didn't go in the first.

Pudner has him #1 in Value Add. He would be a steal.
