Fox Sports Go Is Ridiculous

Ugh.  I cannot access the game.  I don't get it.  I am a valid TDS customer and IF I was at home I could watch the game.  But no.....Fox Sports Go won't let me.

I have had no trouble as a direct tv customer watching it wherever. I don't think it's a Fox issue.

As an opening note, the game was on Fox 6 in Milwaukee.

So I wrote TDS about the issue, and this is their response:

"Thanks Scott.  This was aired on the local station.  TDS does not have local rights yet for TDS TV Everywhere, and thus Fox Sports would not either.  FOX Sports delivers live games, shows, and event programming from FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, your regional FOX Sports Network, FOX College Sports, FOX Soccer Plus and FOX Deportes."

I have no idea what that means, but I amend the thread title to TDS is Ridiculous.  If I can watch it sitting on my couch at home, I should be able to watch it on my app.  This is just silly.

It means that it was blocked out due to it being aired over the air regionally. Betting everyone who had it over FOX couldn't access the game.

Probably due to an agreement with the local stations so they don't lose local ad revenue.

So that could be the difference.  TWC's agreement with the local Fox station likely allows it.  TDS's doesn't.

U Verse has it, so I was able to watch it while my at son's.  What I find annoying is U Verse always wanting you to re-authenticate every two weeks.  And having to check a little box (not always easy to do on a phone) just to have that option.  It's just too clunky.
