Hell, between Volk Field hosting Patriot Warrior, the KC-135s in Milwaukee, F-35s in Madison, and proximity to Canada (because who knows when those hosers are going to attack), Wisconsin might not be the heart of the Air Force, but it certainly would be the liver.
