It's not there on tablets, I believe.

I can revert tablets to use the full web page if most people prefer (keeping the mobile site for phones).  I'll add a poll for feedback (vote if you care).

Note that Chrome and Firefox (but not safari) have an option on Tablets to view a website using the "Desktop" view - which will likely resolve the "problem".
