MU is a stronger program, has a better fan base, is in a major conference, playing at home.  I can see why people would like Marquette only giving 4.  But the fact is that we are untested and Belmont is probably a pretty good value here.  I'll take a win any way we can get it.

I love my alma mater and think we will pull out a win tonight but there's no way I'd take Marquette -5.

Agreed. This game scares me. If Belmont starts raining 3s, do we have the shooters to hang?

Kenpom has it down as an 8 point victory, 77% chance. Not so sure I trust kenpom that muchon preseason rankings, but I enjoy the optimism.

I think we will be a MUCH improved 3 point shooting team this year...

Ellenson can knock them down. Cohen and Duane will be close to 40% this year. Jajuan changed his shot, and Haanif and Sacar were both 40% + in high school...And Traci>>Derrick Wilson
