No idea what the answer is, but hopefully someone does.

Last play of Packers game yesterday.  Rodgers throws a short pass and then the laterals start.  In the end, the play actually lost yards form the line of scrimmage.    Would Rodgers passing stat only count for the first pass, or does each lateral impact that stat as well?    I assume only the first pass until the lateral starts is yardage.

What if the laterals led to a touchdown, would Rodgers have received a passing TD?  I assume no.

Anyone?

I was going against Davante Adams and it counted against his yards. He went from over 100 yards for the 5 point bonus to the mid 90 for receiving yards.

I had Davante on my squad and I indeed lost my 100yd bonus too :(

I'm guessing your assumptions are incorrect. It was a completed forward pass. If the final result of the play is a touchdown, Rodgers gets credit for a TD pass (I assume).

When laterals are involved, players are generally given credit for the yardage gained on a play from the point where they received the lateral with the type of yardage (pass/rush) according to the original play less any negative yardage from a lateral thrown; however, anyone touching the ball subsequent to the first lateral does not record an attempt (reception, rushing attempt, etc), and if a TD is scored, it's credited to that player according to the original play (pass or rush) even though the player scoring the TD is not credited with a reception or rush attempt.

Example: LOS is the 50.  QB passes to WR1 at the 30, WR1 immediately laterals to WR2 at the 35 who takes the ball to the 25 then laterals to RB1 at the 30, who then takes it to the 5 and laterals to QB at the 10 who takes it into the end zone, the stats on the play would look like this:

QB 1: 1 pass attempt, 1 completion, 50 yards passing, 10 yards receiving, 0 receptions, 1 passing TD, 1 receiving TD
WR1: 1 target, 1 reception, 15 yards receiving
WR2: 0 target, 0 reception, 5 yards receiving
RB1: 0 target, 0 reception, 20 yards receiving

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.
