As of right now, Wisconsin will be a 2 point favorite.

In the power ratings that most Vegas sportsbooks use, Marquette currently has a 94 rating, and Wisconsin has a 92 rating. Subjectiveness comes into play for home court swings, but the general rule (especially for a rivalry game like this) is 4 points towards the home team.

It might swing a half point either way if the books feel it necessary, but I'd be willing to bet when it gets posted on Friday that it's Wisconsin -2.
