Fitzgerald situation remains status quo

On the eve of MU's game with Wisconsin, the status of senior forward Dan Fitzgerald has not changed.
Coach Tom Crean on Friday night continued to term Fitzgerald as 'day-to-day' as he recovers from a sprained left wrist suffered in practice last week.
Earlier this the week Crean said Fitzgerald was continuing to work with strength and conditioning coach Todd Smith, but that he was not yet shooting a basketball.
The injury is to Fitzgerald's non-shooting wrist.
"We're just letting him rest his hand," Crean said.
Even if Fitzgerald isn't able to play, it's likely he'll suit up anyway and remain on the bench just as he did last Friday against UW-Milwaukee.

Fitzgerald has not healed sufficiently from his recent surgery to play tomorrow.
