Not that I necessarily want him representing MU, but why in the world would they make that with a UW shirt and red state outline?

WI inferiority Complexes

Freeway is quintessentially Milwaukee.  I can't picture him roaming through a dairy field, (or whatever you call what the rest of Wisconsin has).  I don't know why they needed to put the state's outline on the bobblehead.
