Fitz's hand injury, a sighting

I just happened to be over on campus today eating lunch when Fitz walked by.  He had a brace on his left wrist.  Brace didn't extend enough to appear to be a hand thing, looks like he has a wrist issue.  Can't speak to whether or not he had surgery but having a brace on when not playing sports tends to signify a not good thing.  Do what you will with the information.

Is Fitz left handed?  Is it his shooting hand?  He looks like a lefty. 

Whatever it is hopefully we can get him back in time for Big East play.  Get well soon!

Fitz is right-handed.

He is right handed.  The brace didn't look like he could play with it.  For those who bowl it looks like one of the wrist braces bowlers use.  He might have a cut down brace for playing but I would think he is at the very least doubtful for tonight.  I'm not in the medical field so take my observation with a grain of salt.

Maybe he has Carpal Tunnel.  You would wear a brace for that to avoid further aggrevation when not playng but you could play without it, although it could be painful.

Fitz was in Value Village about an hour ago. He said he just had surgery, didn't really get into it. Be back in a week or two, hopefully.
