Since Nova is in the BE it would take some kind of waiver for him to transfer within the conference to MU.  I'd say less than  1% chance Ennis is MU bound.

Zero percent chance he attends Marquette.  Big East prohibits transfers within conference, unless he went to a school in between (which is moot because he will be a grad transfer).

Correct. It's called an SLR Waiver. I don't know anything in Ennis' case that would grant him one.
