Hard to say. He went from almost getting fired to winning a championship with hall of famers. He definitely is a players coach and as any coach in the nba, you need great ones to win

What has Thibs won? Has he even made an Eastern Conference Finals? That'd be like ranking Mark Few as a top 3 coach in the NCAA.

Well yes he has made the eastern conference finals coached a team to back to back one seeds.  He was an assistant on Rivers celtics championship team.  And took a twice Derrick roseless team to playoffs.  But sorry I thought we were just talking about basketball coaches not all coaches I now agree he shouldn't be on there.
