More pre-season praise for MU

Despite the fact that Marquette doesn't have an NCAA victory since 2003, the pre-season accolades continue to pour in before the opener on Saturday night. Jay Bilas isn't the only ESPN employee who thinks that Marquette has a shot at the Final Four.

Resident Bracketologist Joe Lunardi has the Golden Eagles penciled in as a No. 2 seed in his early NCAA tournament predictions.

As quick as MU could be, rebounding, inside scoring and consistent perimeter shooting still appear to be huge question marks. Marquette doesn't play Pittsburgh until February and won't face Syracuse or Georgetown until March.

In other words, let's table all this possible Final Four talk for now.
