Some on here PM'd me indicating that there was an "investigation" of Brent involving a sex assault which forced MU's hand. I am guessing it was the Halloween sex assault and not a new one. Seems strange considering that was old news. However, it kinda made sense when Shaka was in play. Afterall he had virtually no buyout and was grasping at straws to  get Auburn and VA Tech.

Now, and based on Marotta's "shock" about  Brent's departure, coupled with our scramble to find a new coach, I'm not buying it.

I am back to where I was a week ago in that MU needs to come clean on the basis for the low buyout to save face and not be run over by Brent Williams.

Plant a leak. Brent deserves to be called out.

So at first I was pissed when Buzz left but then I started to think about a couple of things that were related to me to,unsolicited mind you,  on the Monday after the NCAA  field was chosen. They were related to me by a guy that is neither a fan nor a hater of MU but he said Buzz is in trouble. I hesitate to post this given the last few days of many "I have a source" but I know this guy knows what's going on so to me I am satisfied that Buzz was at least gently pushed toward the door. On a side note I asked my guy about Martin and he that he would be a good choice for MU. I still want  Howland fwiw. Ring out Ahoya!
