Beat Gtown on Thursday

And we are guaranteed 6th or better in conference.

Sure it isn't much but every little bit helps.

Also gives us the season sweep of a fellow bubble team if we happen to finish strong.

Yeah, a first round bye at MSG is something we definitely want to have.

Speaking of bubble teams, LSU just lost a heart breaker to Kentucky in the Rupp. Not sure if that helps us or not but they are a candidate for the last four in.

I don't know, we need as many wins as possible

Yup and Tennesse lost as well. The bids are there for the taking if we can do our part.

Thursday is as must win as they get though. Avoid the 4 game route, win the head to head and have some breathing room verse Nova.

Agreed but it's better to just win 3/4...11 wins in conference and then 1 BET win(hopefully more)

Then get 7th/10 in conference lol.

I'd rather get as many wins as possible about also avoid playing as many as possible.

I agree with 79. Not getting a bye may give us an easier first round win to add to our total, but wouldn't we need to lose 3 or so games to not get a bye? It sort of presupposes a bad situation to begin with.

In the end just win every game, easy enough right?

Ya, win every game. Losing a game to have an opportunity to play (but not necessarily win) an extra game doesn't make much sense to me. Win win win.

Lunardi is going to have a big shakeup with Mizzou, Tennessee, St John's, and Minnesota all losing.

the Johnies aint going down much. Many they are clicking right now.

But yeah all these teams floating around 11 losses is helping big time. That's why I have said that 11-7(still going to be hard to get) is HUGE. NO WAY the committee takes a .500 SEC team. No f'ing way.

That conference is Florida, UK and a bunch of blind kids(not literally since this board does tend to interpret things that way).
