Haha it's because he was making fun of some guy the other day at a Bruins game eating a hot dog without a bun.  Apparently the guy he was making fun of had cerebral palsy but he had no idea of it when he posted the picture and jokes.  There was a big backlash from some readers so he contacted the kids family to say it was an honest mistake.  He was joking with that comment about Rick Smith and havin a disability based off that story from a few days ago.
