I mentioned a few months back that the high school my daughter graduated from had a 7'2 transfer from Italy.   He is one of the two 7 foot players to come to America, and specifically Grand Rapids, with the intent of playing basketball and getting noticed in order to play basketball at an American university.    The MHSAA has ruled them both ineligible for the entire season, not just the first semester.
