Davante isn't always going full speed in games :)

Even faster when he is handling the ball in the fastbreak. ;D
Goal is National Championship
CBP profile my people who landed here over 100 yrs before Mayflower. Most I've had to deal with are ignorant & low IQ.
Can't believe we're living in the land of F 452/1984/Animal Farm/Brave New World/Handmaid's Tale. When travel to Mars begins, expect Starship Troopers

IU now up.  ND had a big lead early, but IU has pretty much taken over the last 10 of the half and the first 5 of the second half.  Close game, but IU up 3

Article I just read said Indiana never lead. ESPN must be wrong.

Chicos is wrong - IU never lead

Now we need New Mexico to beat Kansas so it helps MU's RPI when we beat them!

Did you run any numbers with various scenarios on this? KU played Nova & has GT coming up, I think... and we play both twice, plus SDSU is a mutual opp... the RPI's theory & reasoning is horribly elementary, but the actual calcs are not.

That's right--UNM will be the 8th most important non-BE team for our RPI at the end of the season.  Kansas is the 22nd.  UNM's impact on MU's RPI will be 10 times that of KU's at the end of the season (1.67% v. 0.16%)

Use RPI Forecasts's "Marquette's RPI BROKEN DOWN BY CONTRIBUTION OF INDIVIDUAL TEAMS AND WINNING PERCENTAGES", sort by "future weight" to see the relative importance of each team for its effect on MU's RPI.  Makes it easy to decide who to cheer for in an other disinterested contest.

Of course, this will change some depending on matches TBD--any remaining bracketed non-conference holiday tournaments as well as conference tourneys.

Thanks for clarifying MUMountin.

The ultimate love for I4 is when you think his team has taken over and is winning - but they actually never had the lead in the game!

It won't just change because of games not yet scheduled.. it'll change because of games already scheduled as well.

Far more complex than what you're laying out here.

More concerned about that number being high than I am IUPUI being a veteran team... but, either way, not a game to bet on.

PS.. game day CHAT ROOM is up!!!

Since we are patting ourselves on our back.
MU by 36--and it wasn't even that close.

Probably not another game that we cover this easily.
