The BE and AAC do not have a rep the votes in the Coaches Poll

Historically, every conference has one representative that casts a weekly ballot. Neither the BE nor the AAC has a voter this year. The ACC, on the other hand, has two: Steve Donohue and Jim Boeheim.   

Simple oversight, I guess. Yes, the polls don't mean anything now (except to HS kids that are getting recruited) but they will mean something in late February and early March.
