you need more versatile players to use the 6-2 and you sometimes have to sacrifice on the defense but it provides you with more attack options.

True.  Another fun option is to run a 5-1 with a tall, attack-minded left-handed setter.  But that's something else entirely.
Never wrestle with a pig.  You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.

This is correct...it's interesting in that the higher levels of volleyball you get anything but a 5-1 is rare...so it would be a different thing.

It's fun to watch if a team plays it well, but I really don't see it that often.  One challenge of the 6-2 is that each of your hitters has to get used to two different setters.  Since timing and rhythm are so important, this can be tough.

Also, one advantage to having only one setter is they should have a good feel throughout the match on what is going well as far as running the offense instead of having two 'quarterbacks' out there.

Yes, there are a lot of difficulties with it. Depends a lot on personnel. The one thing is the substitution rules in NCAA women's makes it more likely because you can sub more times, I think 12. So you can afford to specialize a bit more.

It would be nice if there were some good volleyball sites available on the web

The other problem with a 6-2 is the amount of subs you are alloted in a game. if bond is subbing out both of his setters for thr front row and Nele on the outside in a tightly contested match theres a chance they could run out of subs.
