Does anyone have any insight on why Steve Taylor Jr. is having such a difficult start this year? After last year, I definitely thought he was headed to become our future team leader. His aggressive offensive rebounding and put-backs were awsome. Now, I'm wondering is he really confused on the court, is he unhappy, did he completely heal from his summer injury, etc. Hope he can get it going.

Don't know anything, but I would guess that his mobility is an issue with the injury.

Buzz made some comments on the radio show this week that he's been struggling with his leg.

IIRC, due to recovering from his knee surgery, he wasn't cleared for full contact and practices until a week or so before MU's first game.

Probably not gettin' enough.

It isn't really fair to project your problems on to him.

I have no reason to doubt this unless I hear otherwise from a credible source.

That's so he can get plenty of sleep without social distractions

What the hell does that mean?? Are you suggesting Engineers are less sexually desirable to females???

All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

I fully expected to see a U-Haul outside of Crapenter the day Wild resumed his duties.  Maybe they can move during winter break.

Hilarious.

I spent this morning in the UDub Material Science Energy Lab and there was more than a hint of Eau de Geek. I hate to admit it but the way engineering students dress, walk, what they talk about and do for fun plus the dearth of females makes for a strange atmosphere.

TAMU, Knower of Ball

He's never been a good defender. He's made some very obvious mistakes this season so Buzz has cut his playing time.

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Steve should be a leader in the front line next year but he is still  in training. hope he has a good game against UW.

bilsu

The obvious answer is that with his surgery he was not able to play all summer long. When you can't play during the summer your game regresses instead of improving.
