I can never really figure Scout.com out sometimes.  I saw at one point that we had 8-9 scholarships given to players in a single class...does that sound right? 

Also, how close is Marquette to getting the guys listed as "High Interest" and offered a scholarship?

we always offer to way more kids than we have room for.  most offers are contigent on other players commiting, or the sholarship still being available when the recruit makes a decision.  as you can tell, you don;t get most kids that you recruit.  all of this is told to the recruits up front.  as far as odds on getting a high interest recruit, there's no sure fire way to tell.  generally i would say approximately 1/(the number of schools with high interest).  although there are many shades of grey.  mookie jones had "high interest" in five schools, although it's been known for a long time that he's been leaning heavily towards syracuse...
