Boxes in student section

Having a debate with the guys I am sitting with and we were wondering if anyone know if MU/the BC sells the boxes behind the student section? Noticed that they've been empty for the first two games and I didn't know if that was because they weren't sold or by design

Complimentary Beer, wine and soda plus gourmet buffet?  I'd fork out the money for one of those mini plans for that.  I mean I'd probably get 25 a game for my student tickets, and save about 40 a game by not buying beer and food.
