Dwight Buycks' homecoming to the BC cancelled in the middle of the first quarter due to a slippery floor.  Supposedly not a condensation issue, but something to do with the surface.  The Bucks have a new floor, though they had played on it previously this preseason without issue.  Hopefully whatever caused it is under control and doesn't apply to the Al McGuire Court.  Dwight will be back Nov. 2 for the Buck's regular season home opener.

Could it be the ice underneath the wooden floor for hockey? This reminds me of the Ohio State game on the warship.

Undoubtedly that's it.  But that's the case all winter too.

Apparently it was an issue with their new floor and not condensation.

Which is strange, since they've already had an open practice and exhibition game on it with no issues.

The Lens

They had issues both times but not enough to cancel.

Should probably just tear the thing down and start from scratch with a new arena.

Do NBA teams have backup courts they can put down in cases like this or do they have to have a new one custom made for them? I guess they could also just play on the MU court for a game or two, which would be kind of cool.

They said they would pull out their old court if they had to.
