I believe that the Luke Winn's research doesn't apply in this case, and not just because I'm a homer.  Of the 29 players who committed very early in Winn's study, how many were the kids of former scholarship basketball players at the school that they committed to?  I believe that the number is zero--making Philip an orange to Winn's apples.

I really like where you went after that exploring Buzz's impressive inroads with Wisconsin recruits from areas of the state other than southeast Wisconsin.  I agree that the trend is big and hope to see it continue.

All we need now is commitments from Cody Schwartz, Ellenson and Stone!  Well, at least two.

You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.
