Don't know if this was posted anywhere, but you read what a dude said on the other board regarding this...

"I had the opportunity to talk to someone close to Vander, and his family, and I now know why he made the decision he made. There are things behind the scenes going on that we all need to respect and support.  His decision was made in the best interest of his family and his family's needs and let's leave it at that.  Knowing what I know now, I fully support Vander and will continue to support him no matter what his future holds for him, whether it be in the NBA or overseas."

Hmmmm

Vander Blue has a lot of upside he got word from two different camps that they project him around 20-40 in the draft given he performs/measures well in combine and in camps. He has a very High upside and will be valued due to his defensive ability a player he reminds me of and is very similiar to is former MU target Iman Shumper remember prior to the draft he was projected to go around 40 in all the mocks. He shot up due to him being able to make a team fall ion love with his defensive ability. He had a questionable shot and at the time was viewed as a PG, which he doesnt play at all in NBA. He latched on because he can defend and is valuable in transition. Take a look at their Numbers and measurements they are eerily similiar players prior to draft. Shumpert scored more and was relied on to do more simply because GT was horrible, but the two share similiar play styles and strengths with shumpert being slightly more athletic which assisted in his rebounding advantage over Vander. As far as comparison Shumpert is very good and given vander finding a team like that where he has a defined role he will do just fine in the NBA given his abilities. Remember theres always room for a defender in the NBA.

I have no inside info. And i'm not trying to prove anyone wrong, but there was a post here earlier that stated that vander's family wanted him to finish school. Maybe two different stories? Maybe something else? Dunno. But Vander has to do what Vander feels he must. Good luck.

LOL  :D

If I could create that fantasy land, I'd be a much richer man because I'm sure Pomeroy makes plenty off his website. Wish I could have created that.
Yeah, me too!
