I always heard that Crean had an over-the-top sailor mouth in practice.  Any truth to this?  Was it KO-esque?  Is anyone KO-esque?

Agreed.  That's why I said thank God there were no cell phones around with cameras back then.  People can be outraged at this stuff, as they should be, but to think it wasn't going on at a lot of places to some extent, or some form, is naive.
