I believe we just created a heated rivalry with our first new member of the NBE. Can't wait for these teams to meet up on a regular basis. Great games.

Mad respect for Butler.

Can't wait.

Thought this thread would be about how stacked this team is next year.

No Rotnei Clark or Andrew Smith for Butler next year should make next year slightly lees exciting.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

GGGG

There is nothing not to like about Butler.  Very solid team with a great coach.

BTW, my son who is a senior at Butler is bummed big time.  Went to Lexington this morning and driving back tonight.  But MU is his second favorite team at least.

I feel like we could have a similar rivalry with Butler that we have with Louisville over the past few years. Close games down to the wire, similar proximity, and a top-notch program. This rivalry has the chance to be very special, and in the long run possibly even better if Stevens and Buzz are facing each other down on the sidelines for the next 25 years.
