Dan Patrick Show just reported that.  Interesting stat.

And that's why I took FGCU...that and they beat Miami.   Unfortunately I took Pitt to beat Gonzaga on the other side.  Grr

gave thomp III enough credit for one win but had Oklahoma going to S16,  knew G Town would under-perform AGAIN.

So that means they can all come back and lose on the first weekend of The Dance for the seventh year in a row next year.

WOW YOUR LIKE SO SMART.  IN FACT YOU SHOULD PROBABLY BE LIKE WORKING ON ESPN OR SOMETHING!!!

Nice job you probably had like 20 brackets.  Thats why I dont do brackets to much luck and chance.  It is not like you went deep into the Blue Ribbon Yearbook and saw some crazy trend that you figured was a game changer

Had SDSU myself, but yeah, you're just beating yourself at this point if you take a JTIII squad to go past the first weekend.  They haven't even been close in the first round exits.

2008: 2 Seed, 1-1, L to #10 Davidson
2009: NIT
2010: 3 Seed: 0-1, L to #14 Ohio by 14
2011: 6 Seed: 0-1, L to #11 VCU by 18
2012: 3 Seed: 1-1, L to #11 NC State
2013: 2 Seed: 0-1, L to #15 FGCU by 10

Maybe they can move up to the 1 line and be the first ever to lose to a 16.

Nah... each of the people running the Chicos account only has one bracket.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

I'm one of the last to usually defend CBB, but I believe him on choosing FGCU.  I thought GU would have a really strong chance of losing (because they are kind of a gimic team and FGCU did beat Miami), but didn't have the courage to call it.

Congrats on the good call (and the bad one with Pitt).

Nah, I figured Zags would beat Jags by a lot.  Boy was I wrong.  Zags good, just not 1 seed good.  Laughable.  They would have 4 or 5 conference losses in the Big Ten or Big East.

I didn't give the Big East much love this year, mostly went with Big Ten.  Of course I screwed the pooch with Pitt.  Had MU in Sweet 16.

This is a points earning pool where you earn points for the seed, so it encourages you to take risks.  In a straight pool, which I'm also in, where you get a progressive point for picking winners regardless of seed, I didn't go down that route.

The key to seed bonus pools is to pick the four of five huge payout wins...mostly 12 v 5 and 11 v 6.  One guy did pick Southern over Zags.

3 brackets.  One for the point per seed bonus pool and two for standard...heart picks and brain picks.

I tried to use how teams did in scrimmages this year to help make my picks since you were so smart pointing that out last week.   ;D

I think he was referring to you picking Gonzaga to exit early, not doubting that you picked FGCU over Gtown.  As in, of course you would pick Gonzaga losing.  At least, that's how I interpreted it.

Sure it is, plus my username will give it away.  I'll give link to standings and the bracket.

I didn't join MU Scoop bracket.

How many other people with a Chicosbailbonds username on their bracket in America?  Who also picked FGCU over G Town And picked Pitt over Zags?

I'm going to say 1 in the USA.

If the Zags were in the Big 10 and had 4 conference losses, they could and probably would still be a 1 seed, kind of like your beloved Hoosiers (14-4).  Is Indiana an acceptable 1 seed to you?

If the Zags were in the Big East and had four conference losses, they could and probably would still be a 1 seed, kind of like Louisville (14-4).  Is Louisville an acceptable 1 seed to you?

If the Zags were in the Big 12 and had four conference losses, they could and probably would still be a 1 seed, kind of like your beloved Jayhawks (14-4).  Is Kansas an acceptable 1 seed to you?

Your whole argument is "Laughable".

I believe you picked FGCU. My comment was about your picking the Zags to lose.

I think lots of people have picked the Zags to lose.
